The Carve is a responsive and powerful kite designed for wave riding and strapless performance. It’s built to handle everything from drawing clean lines on the wave face to riding inside the barrel or sending strapless freestyle tricks, while maintaining excellent control.

Its low aspect ratio platform provides a stable and predictable feel, allowing for fast pivot turns and outstanding driftwhen riding down the line. The kite delivers a direct connection through the bar, with immediate steering response and clear feedback. Even when the kite is out of view during bottom turns, cutbacks, or barrels, the intuitive control lets you stay fully focused on the wave.

The Carve features a long and progressive bar travel, creating a smooth and consistent feel throughout the entire depower range while maintaining responsiveness all the way to full sheet-out.

For 2025, the bridling system has been refined to provide greater depower and lighter steering, giving the kite a more agile and dynamic feel. The updated canopy profile is cleaner and more aerodynamic, reducing bar pressure while improving stability and drift performance.

Additional sweep in the wingtips enhances balance and allows the kite to drift naturally down the line, waiting for rider input. The lightweight wingtips and refined arc shape help maintain stability, while a reduced leading edge diametersoftens the pulling force and improves overall control. Increased sweep also helps make water relaunch quick and effortless.

The 2025 Carve feels smoother and more stable, particularly in gusty conditions. It also climbs efficiently upwind, delivering impressive power and efficiency for advanced riders, while still providing a smooth and forgiving ride for intermediates.
